The rooms here are spacious and have their own bathrooms; the location is great, just 1 km away from a 400-foot tall observation wheel.

Staff were nice and lovely, breakfast was gorgeous. Overall it was absolutely gorgeous, with a share bathroom;)))

the hotel was absolutely charming and wonderful, with nice staff. the location was marvellous and best possible, in historic neighborhood with local color and the interior design was gorgeous. the food we tried was freshly made and they have lots of meals to choose from.

The hotel units are absolutely fabulous and beautiful with stunning windows. There are plenty of great and superb breakfast options available. the staff provides extra care and are wonderful.

I really like the building, in particular the patio, the high ceilings and the tall windows. It is a a turn-of-the-century mansion that has charm and character. It is clear that the owners did their very best to decorate it with taste. Indeed, the decoration is truly beautiful. I particular like the vintage furniture, the Mexican touch and the general atmosphere in this b&B. The fact that the hotel is eco-friendly is a big plus in my view. I would gladly return to the Patio 77 if I had the chance.

Thank you for a superb stay. All in all the hotel is cool, it has welcoming staff and perfect rooms. The breakfast is great with a great selection of things to eat and drink. Location is particularly good and excellent, in a nice neighborhood.

El Patio 77 B&B is located in a trendy area with an excellent location next to Mexico City, Chapultepec, and different suburbs. the units are reasonably large and unique, with a very classy retro style. the bed is mega comfortable. the staff is attentive.

I had a great stay at this charming B&B. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect - in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering freshly squeezed orange juice as an alternative.
